Rich Adams is President and Chief Executive of Southwest Business Credit Services (SWBCS), and has served in this capacity since 1992. A Certified Credit Executive (CCE), Mr. Adams has worked in the credit and finance industry since 1975.

Mr. Adams actively supports the business credit profession locally as well as nationally, and he is among the senior affiliated association executives within the National Association of Credit Management (NACM) based in Columbia, Maryland. Mr. Adams recently remarked during a presentation to business and civic leaders that “SWBCS provides an invaluable palate of services to credit managers at all levels of professional development. Additionally, the real-time credit information SWBCS provide to their clients literally saves millions upon millions of dollars in potential credit losses annually”.

Nancy Slaughter, CCE joined the NACM / SWBCS management team in 1994 following a successful career in the food and beverage industry. Nancy has directed the steady growth of the association’s industry credit groups, and was instrumental in the formation of several educational programs. Most significantly, she has managed the expansion of the association’s trade credit database from very modest origins into one of the largest and broadest databases of its kind.

Nancy enjoys working with the members at all levels of the organization, and is especially pleased with the progress of our educational programs. She holds a teaching certificate from the Maricopa County Community College Board, and enjoys serving as a staff instructor for the Arizona Institute of Credit (AIC).

Mary Hannon joined the organization in 1995. She facilitates a number of our monthly industry credit groups and oversees new business development. In addition, Mary is the primary organizer of our annual Southwest Business & Construction Credit Conference and plans our Legal Insights educational programs.
